He is wanted for questioning in an isolated incident that occurred earlier today.

CULLMAN COUNTY, Ala. - According to the Cullman County Coroner Jeremy Kilpatrick, there was a traffic fatality around 11:57 a.m. on Highway 278 East near the bridge.
Kilpatrick identified the traffic fatality victim as Lucas Specer Holton, 21, of Altoona.
