Friends and relatives who visited Aunt Lula Boyd and Mr. and Mrs. Homer Pike during last week were Mr. and Mrs. William Pruden, of Birmingham, Mr. and Mrs. J.E. Sanders, of Cullman, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Butler, Mrs. Rubie Evans and daughter, Mrs. Estel Pinkard, Mrs. Winnie Abney and Mrs. Gean Dollar, Mrs. Arthur Pinkard and Mrs. Hobert Farr and children, Mrs. Mary McKenzie, Mrs. Virginia Hooper and children, Mrs. Iris Pike and children and Mr. and Mrs. Lee Price, of Hulaco.

Robert Bean, Junior, is home from Texas with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. R.W. Bean.

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Butler, of Cullman, spent Sunday night with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Butler.

Mrs. J.O. Bice, of Birmingham, was the Sunday guest of Mrs. Claude Bice.

After undergoing an operation in Oneonta, Earl Cornelius is improving.

Reverend and Mrs. G.W. Butler, of Cullman, were the Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. B.T. Burnham and Clarence Nuss.

Mrs. W.R. Gable, of Cullman, is spending a few weeks here with relatives.

Mr. and Mrs. Joe Gehannas and Margarette, of Colorado, are visiting relatives here.

Visiting F.M. Bailey on Sunday afternoon were Colon, Dock and Olean Johns and Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Butler.

Mr. and Mrs. T.K. Denney and girls, of Birmingham, are on vacation here.

Mr. and Mrs. Bob Hudson visited Abbie Johns on Saturday night.

Mr. and Mrs. Grady Bailey and girls, of Atlanta, Georgia, spent the weekend with relatives.

Mr. and Mrs. H.C. Warren visited the Comer Smiths on Sunday night.

Mr. and Mrs. E.T. Smith and Donnie attended a pony sale in Tennessee on Thursday.

Mrs. Ray Price and children, Debbie and Gene, accompanied her parents, Mr. and

Mrs. W.C. Quattlebaum last Saturday to Guntersville Lake, where they attended the annual Winn reunion.

Mr. and Mrs. Jake Moore, of Sky Ball, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Barnett and son, Eddie and Mr. and Mrs. Tom Ratliff, of Decatur, were recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. John Ratliff.

Mr. and Mrs. A.F. Waters spent Wednesday in Albertville as the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Reece Simpler.

Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Chappell and son, David, spent last weekend in Birmingham with their daughter, Mrs. Dickie Garner and Mr. Garner.

Garden City News

Ray Price made a business trip to Birmingham last Thursday. While there he visited Alton Tidwell, at West End Hospital and found him resting comfortably.

Mr. and Mrs. Edward Brown and children moved last Monday, to Steppville, where they will make their home.
