Judy Grissom shared the following letter she received:

Hello, my name is Reda Legg. I would like to tell you my story and my experience with a wonderful group called the "Bosom Buddies Foundation."

In 2015, I developed breast cancer and had surgery at CRMC.

That was my first meeting with the group. They visited me and were so supportive.

When I went home two days later, reality really set in, Here I am 65 years old on a limited income and raising a 5-and-a-half-year-old little girl.

That's when the Bosom Buddies Foundation stepped in.

They helped me with gas to go to my treatments, groceries for my child and me and helped with childcare expenses.

They did all these things without me asking.

Now two years later, they are helping my child and me again. I will always be eternally grateful to this foundation.

Cullman County Bosom Buddies Foundation is proud of the assistance we have been able to provide to the community. Because of the generous donations from Cullman businesses and individuals, Cullman County Bosom Buddies Foundation is able to help cancer patients, while in treatment, with approved personal living expenses.

We are happy to accept donations. Please mail to Bosom Buddies Foundation, P.O. Box 123, Vinemont, Alabama 35179.
