CHILDERSBURG, Ala. – This past weekend, Cullman County’s 4-H Shotgun Team traveled to the Red Eagle Trap and Skeet range in Childersburg to compete in the 2026 Alabama 4-H Shotgun State Championship competition. Among teams from across Alabama, Cullman’s shooters raked in awards, individually and as teams, with the Senior squad placing second in their division and the Juniors taking the gold in theirs. All winners, as well as their competitions, can be found below.

- Colt Thompson – Second Place in Senior Trap, Third Place in Senior Skeet, Second Place in Senior HOA (High Over All)
