The spread of coronavirus has been affecting people in different parts of the world for weeks but now sports leagues across the globe are being forced to take action as well. A wave of restrictions, postponements and cancellations began rolling in Wednesday afternoon and have continued today.

MLB suspending operations indefinitely

Fans barred from PGA Tour events for remainder of season
C-USA: All conference sporting events cancelled until further notice
Pac 12: All conference sporting events cancelled until further notice
Ivy League: All conference sporting events cancelled until further notice
SEC: All conference sporting events suspended until March 30
