CULLMAN, Ala. – Diablo's Southwest Grill is set to open on Monday, April 8 in Cullman, the third restaurant to open in a new complex located at 1302 Second Ave. SW (U.S. Hwy. 31) in the last three months. Triggered by the opening of the complex's third tenant, the already installed traffic signal in front of the property will be turned on the same morning. It will blink yellow for 72 hours before becoming fully operational on Thursday morning, according to Susan Eller with the Cullman Economic Development Agency.
The complex is one of two sites being developed by Athens-based Ming Enterprises. Ming Enterprises purchased the two properties, the site of the old Cullman Chrysler Dodge dealership and the property across the street, which was home to Sticks N Stuff and Trader Bob's Flea Mall, in January 2018.
