Col. Ken Brown, president of the Cullman chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution (SAR) presented the SAR Bronze Medal of Achievement to JROTC Cadet Staci Prater of West Point at Tuesday's graduation ceremony for students of the Cullman Area Technology Academy in Vinemont. The award recognizes her outstanding leadership qualities and military bearing.
