Mary Jean Hancock, 80, of Hanceville, Alabama, passed away on September 27, 2026. Born November 27, 1945, Mary Jean will be remembered for the steady compassion she extended to others, the devotion that anchored her life, and the kind-hearted spirit that made those around her feel welcomed and cared for. A true God loving Christian woman, she lived her faith with quiet sincerity and enduring grace.
Mary Jean found simple joys in the moments shared with family, especially in the companionship of her husband. Whether yard saleing and visiting thrift stores or spending time fishing together, she cherished the everyday blessings that became lasting memories.
Mary Jean is survived by her husband, Charles Hancock.
