Oxford Lawrence Stroud, age 73 of Cullman, passed away on Friday, October 31, 2025, at Cullman Health Care Center. He was born September 20, 1952, to Oxford Simeon Stroud and Mary Anne Porter Stroud.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his longtime companion, Deborah Lynne Woodard-Phillips; his siblings, Lynne Pennock, Philip (Ann) Stroud, Laura (Alan) Fox, Robert Jefferson Stroud; daughters, Angelyn Stroud, Casey Farler, Lindsay English and a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins, family and friends.
