A Graveside Service for Freida Nichols Boren, age 86 of Hanceville, will be at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at with Jimmy Sawyer officiating; burial at Cullman City Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday April 30, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Boren passed away Sunday, April 27, 2025, at Folsom Rehab and Healthcare Center.
Freida Nichols Boren, was born June 9, 1938, to Oscar Alton and Jewel Griffith Nichols.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Edsel Boren; son-in-law, Steve Taylor; sisters, Ellen Ratliff and Margaret Ratliff and brother John Wyles Nichols.
She is survived by her daughter, Ginger Taylor; granddaughter, Brittany Taylor; brother, Wayne (Sharon) Nichols; sister, Kathy Fredrick; sisters-in-law, Marlene Edwards and Nita Marquis and many nieces and nephews.
