Funeral Service for Andrew Lee Tankersley, age 78 of Cullman, will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with David Partridge officiating; burial at Bethlehem East. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Mr. Tankersley passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2025. He was born April 4, 1947, to Ausby Tankersley and Estelle Adams Tankersley.
He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Koby Tankersley; 3 sisters and 3 brothers.
Survivors include his, wife, Shirley Tankersley, daughters, Sonya (Tony) Gaither and Ashley Brown; grandchildren, Derekia Pope and Hunter Brown; great grandchildren, Weslee Pope, Brooks Lee Tankersley, Koda Tankersley; sisters, Jean Howse, Kathy (Donnie) Schnur and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
