CULLMAN, Ala. – Elyse Koloski from the Cullman Area Technology Academy Cosmetology Department recently won the “Feel Your Fantasy” competition hosted by Beauty Cast Network, with a hair/makeup design inspired by Alabama’s state bird, the Yellowhammer. Her prize package was valued at over $1,000.
CATA Cosmetology teacher Tasha Flanigan said, “Elyse is very talented. She exhibits all soft skills to be very successful in the workplace. This is her second win hosted by Beauty Cast Network while being in the Cosmetology Program at CATA. Elyse just received a CRI in customer service and retail sales while taking the program. I expect to see her working with theatrical and film makeup in the near future.”
