At 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 13, the polls will open at the Berlin Community Center, 3309 Highway 278 East, Cullman.  Voting will take place until 7 p.m.

According to the judge’s election notice, “Any person who is a qualified elector/voter under the State Law and has resided within the boundaries of the said territory proposed for three (3) months next preceding may vote at such election.”

Voters must live within the current proposed town limits.  An up-to-date map of the boundaries is available at http://berlinal.org/images/BerlinProposed.pdf.

The notice named Tony Duke, Marie Sanford and Mary Sue Freeman as poll inspectors.
