CULLMAN –  A Cullman woman was arrested on Thursday and charged with trafficking following a traffic stop at the intersection of Alabama Highway 157 and U.S. Highway 278.

According to the Cullman County Sheriff's Office (CCSO), agents with the Cullman Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) arrested Misti Sharee McClintock, 41, after a search of her vehicle allegedly produced 1.4 ounces of ICE, a purer form of methamphetamine, along with drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana. Agents were assisted in the search by a K-9 deputy.

McClintock was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

“This is a good amount of meth that we were able to seize before it made into our community,” said Sheriff Matt Gentry. “I would like to thank the CNET agents for their work on this arrest.”

McClintock is being held in the Cullman County Detention Center on a $1 million bond.
