Ruth Eloise McCormick, 87, of Cullman, Alabama, was born October 14, 1938, in Cullman, Alabama, and passed away October 4, 2026.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Cleo and Ottie Bentley; her husband, Bobby McCormick; her daughter, Rhonda Tsang Vaughn; her son, Robert McCormick; her grandson, Bentley Callahan; and her brother, Joel Bentley.
She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Tucker (Joe); her grandchildren, Weston Callahan and Joshua Zion Tsang; her great-grandchildren, Beaux Scott and Brock Henry Callahan; her sisters, Dura Meherg and Dorothy Alred(Cal); and her brothers, Leon Bentley(Sandra) and Neal Bentley(Melanie).
A Graveside Committal Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on October 7, 2026, at Center Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, 4607 Co Rd 1545, Cullman, AL 35058. Bro. Sam Hollis and Bro. Baxter Bentley Officiating. The family request those attending the service wear Mrs. McCormick’s favorite colors RED and PINK, Alabama wear is acceptable as she loved her Crimson Tide.
Pallbearers: Weston Callahan, Joe Tucker, Cal Alred, Baxter Bentley, Adam Alred and Kevin Meherg.
In-lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the Good Samaritan clinic, 401 Arnold Street NE Cullman, AL 35055.
