FAIRVIEW, Ala. – Cash Hill scored twice to help Fairview rally past Addison 13-7 in the Fireplug game Thursday, Sept. 24, beginning a three-game sweep for the Aggies in week 5 youth football makeup action.
Fairview also defeated Addison 34-0 in Wee-Wee and 47-0 in Pee-Wee, outscoring the Bulldogs 94-7 across the three divisions.
The games were originally scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 19, before extreme heat forced their cancellation.

Addison capitalized on a Fairview fumble on the opening possession, scoring on a long touchdown run during its first possession to take a 7-0 lead.
Hill answered with a first-quarter touchdown for Fairview, but the Aggies’ conversion attempt failed, leaving Addison ahead 7-6.
Neither team scored in the second quarter, and the Bulldogs carried their one-point lead into halftime.
Hill scored his second touchdown with 4:35 remaining in the third quarter to put Fairview ahead. The Aggies held Addison scoreless throughout the second half to secure the 13-7 victory.
Wee-Wee: Fairview 34, Addison 0
Fairview shut out Addison 34-0 in the Wee-Wee game.
Pee-Wee: Fairview 47, Addison 0
Connor Widner and Eli Calloway contributed touchdowns as Fairview defeated Addison 47-0 in the Pee-Wee game, giving the Aggies a second shutout in the series.
Vinemont at Cold Springs
Cold Springs won both games against Vinemont, taking the Fireplug contest 19-8 and the Wee-Wee game 12-0.
No Pee-Wee game was played because Cold Springs does not field a team in that division.
Good Hope at Hanceville
Good Hope defeated Hanceville 29-15 in the Fireplug game.
Remaining week 5 makeup games
Holly Pond is scheduled to visit West Point on Tuesday, Sept. 29, beginning at 6 p.m. The series includes Fireplug, Wee-Wee and Pee-Wee games.
