Leo Madonna Swann, age 91, was born to Clayton and Clarycie Williams on August 7, 1934. She married Mitchell R. Swann on Oct. 31, 1953. She was a member at Harmony Baptist Church all her life!

To know Leo was to love her! She was known for her quick wit, her loving and forgiving nature, and her resilient spirit. She loved the Lord with all her heart and drew strength from His Word her whole life. She persevered through life with amazing grace and lived the best she could one day at a time. She was the most talented person you would ever meet. She could sew anything with a needle and thread and paint masterpieces on any canvas she could find. She wasn’t afraid to get her hands dirty and she never shied away from hard work.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her sons, Rex (Claudette) and Marty; her daughter, Denise; and grandson, Matthew. She is survived by her daughters, Donna, and Delilah (Bruce) Latta; 11 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
