Mr. Hill passed away March 21, 2026 at CRMC. He was born April 23, 1958 to Cecil Edward Hill, Sr. and Eva Waldrep Hill. Cecil was a hard worker, was a good carpenter and loved building. He was a jack of all trades. He loved classic rock music and he loved his family and his puppies. He would help anyone he could.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Karen Hill; sister, Brenda Clements.
Survivors include his son, Josh (Andrea) Hill; daughter, Natosha (Justin) Pace; sister, Pati Helms; grandchildren, Zach (Maddie) Hill, Bradley Hill, Mallory Hill, Trevor Pace; Tyler Pace; great-grandchild, Brooks Hill; his puppies, Rex and Chloe, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
