CULLMAN, Ala. – Cullman resident Natasha Noel has recently published her first children’s book. She has signed with U.S.-based publisher, Words Matter Publishing, a small publisher who believes in working one-on-one with their authors, immediately saw potential and subsequently offered Noel a contract. From her hilarious storyline to her memorable characters, Noel takes the reader on a funny adventure sure to leave children wanting to read it again and again. Award winning author Shannon Simpson gives Noel’s debut novel five stars! “A delightful, funny story every child can relate to, and every parent can cringe from,” Simpson said.

“The Booger Boy” is based on real events surrounding Noel’s oldest son when he was very young. Though the events were embarrassing, to lighten the mood, she was inspired to write a song… as she often did.

Over the years, all Noel’s children and even their friends would beg her to sing The Booger Boy Song. They loved it so much, Noel decided to make the song into a book!

It’s about a little boy who finds himself in a very gross predicament and proceeds to describe in detail, maybe a little more than the reader wants to know! “The Booger Boy” is a fun, lighthearted book that Noel hopes will fill your home with laughter.
