Nora Madonna Bright Smith, of Oneonta, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at the age of 91.
Madonna was born June 17, 1927 in Portland, IN to Earnest and Ruth Bright.
Madonna was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 55 years, Rev. Jack T. Smith, Sr.; her son, Tom Smith; her sister, Edwina Martin. She is survived by children, Becky (Sonny) Kenerley; Terry (Peggy) Smith; Nancy (David) Denson; Karin (Frank) Baker; Jack, Jr. (Ruth) Smith; twelve grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; sister, Reba Money.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 3 p.m. at Salem Church of the Nazarene Cemetery, 6138 County Road 83, Berry, Alabama. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Gideons International, PO Box 140800, Nashville, TN 37214.
