With the passing of 1956, we have a new page to start on Teen Chatter. It was really started off with a big bang.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Williams and daughter, Patsy, of Fort Worth, Texas, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Williams and daughter, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Grimmett and sons, of Gardendale, Mr. and Mrs. Hulond Williams, of Hanceville, Mr. and Mrs. Mancil Sims and daughter, of Hanceville and Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Holmes and children were all the Sunday dinner guests of their parents and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Zeb Williams. Mrs. Cora Reenge, of Union Hill was also present.

Mr. and Mrs. Cleo Childers, of Pontiac, Michigan and Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Funderburk and family, of Birmingham, Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Childers and  Mr. and   Mrs.   Posey   White   and   son, of Decatur and Mr. and Mrs. Buford Lowery, of Cullman were all the dinner guests of their parents and grandparents, recently.

Mr. and Mrs. Corless Bennett and daughters, of New Mexico, are  visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ira Bennett.

Leldon Brown and children, of Bagdad, Florida, visited his parents over the weekend and returned to their home on Monday of this week.

Mr. and Mrs. Karl Hough, of Lacey Springs, Mr. and Mrs. Buron Vann and family, Mr. and Mrs. Byron Vann and children, of Birmingham, Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Vann and son, of Albertville,  Mr. and Mrs. Rayburon Douglas and son, of Tarrant, Mr. and Mrs. K.P. Morris and family were all the dinner guests of their parents and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Vann one day during the holidays.

Mr. and Mrs. Willie Aaron  and daughter, Gale, of Jones Chapel were recent visitors of Mrs. George Pirkle and family and Mr. and Mrs. Brooks Lindler and Grandma Lindler.

Mrs. Vada Holmes spent the Christmas holidays with her daughter, Mrs. Cecil B. Ford and family, of Selma. Another daughter, Mrs. Harrie Battles and son, of Florida were visiting there at the same time.

Mr. and Mrs. Paul W. Lindler and sons, James Paul and John  Waymon,  of Atlanta, Georgia spent part of the Christmas holidays with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Brooks Lindler and also Mr. and Mrs. Afton Cobb, of Woodlawn, were the Sunday visitors of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Brooks Lindler and the Mrs. Comer Livingston family.

Mr. and Mrs. Jack Morgan  and daughter, Joan, of Bessemer, Mr. and  Mrs. Bob Wallsee, of Birmingham and Leon Morgan, of the University were all  at the home of their mother, Mrs. Bertha Morgan and their sister, Mrs. Curtis Nelson and Mr. Nelson for the holidays.

Private Exell Shadix spent the weekend at home.

Mr. and Mrs. Edward Laseter visited Mr. and Mrs. Willie Laseter, on Sunday afternoon.

Mrs. Louis Shadix and Oppolene visited Mr. and Mrs. Charley Tucker, on Sunday afternoon.

Mrs. Dollie Stephens is ill.
