FALKVILLE, Ala. – The 29th annual Falkville Fall Festival will take place Saturday, Oct. 10, from 7 a.m.- 2 p.m. in downtown Falkville, near town hall.
Town of Falkville Marketing and Event Coordinator Brooke Jones said the event opens with a 7 a.m. pancake breakfast at the fire station, and all donations will benefit the Falkville High School Marching Band.
“We will have several staple events returning like the tractor show, car show, live music entertainment, food trucks, Bingo and our arts and craft vendors,” she said. “All proceeds for bingo are for the Falkville High School cross country team.”
The event is a free, family friendly affair.
“I truly enjoy seeing the community come together and eat at some delicious food trucks, shop local vendors and grab goodies,” Jones said. “I also love working and organizing the 5K. It’s so exciting to see who will finish first in each division, and runners coming out to support our town.”
According to the event site at www.falkville.org/event-applications/page/falkville-fall-festival-details, “We’ve got something for everyone, including delicious food trucks, a wide variety of vendors, live entertainment, bingo, a mechanical bull, car show, kids zone, and much, much more!”
