Funeral Service for Frances Joan Leeth Miller, age 74 of Vinemont, will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at West Point First Baptist Church, with Pastor Michael Jones and Rev. Samuel Tucker officiating. Burial will be at Shoal Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Joan passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 29, 1951, to Houston B. Leeth and Ivalyn Riley Leeth.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Thaila Dale Leeth; brother, Ronald Hugh Leeth.
Survivors include her daughters, Rita Miller, Regina Miller, and Gail (Joe) Letson; granddaughter, Jana (Noah) Earls; grandson, J. J. Letson; great granddaughters, Ava Earls, Evelyn Earls and Willow Letson; great grandson, Jack Earls; sisters, Linda Sue Maxwell and Jeanice Galin; brother, Benny Leeth; a huge host of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and “adopted” family, loved ones, and friends.
Serving as pallbearers are J.J. Letson, Noah Earls, Michael Nelson, Tim Leeth, Howard Maxwell, and Paul Ellis Knighten.
Joan Miller loved her family and friends, loved God, and serving God by serving others. She loved her job at CRMC where she worked for 20 years, before retiring in 2018. She was a pancreatic cancer and melanoma survivor. Joan’s fighting, loving, serving spirit will be carried on by all who loved her.
