Drivers should prepare for multiple temporary road closures in Cullman today, Tuesday, July 14, 2026, as city crews complete street patching and utility repairs.
The following closures are planned:
🟡 Loring Street NW
Loring Street NW will be closed from Rosemont Avenue NW to Denson Avenue NW for street patching.
The closure is expected to last approximately half the day.
🔴 Logan Street SW
Logan Street SW will be closed between Denson Avenue SW and Cleveland Avenue SW from 8 a.m.-noon while the City of Cullman Water Department completes a repair.
🔴 Rosemont Avenue SW
Rosemont Avenue SW will be closed between Five Points and First Street SW for the majority of the day while the City of Cullman Sewer Department completes a repair.
All three roadways will be completely closed during the scheduled work. Emergency personnel will not be able to pass through the affected sections. Drivers should use alternate routes and allow additional travel time.
🛗 Parking Deck Elevator Notice
The elevator at the public parking deck near the Cullman Area Chamber of Commerce will be out of service for most of the day.
Those conducting business at the Chamber or visiting nearby businesses should plan accordingly.
Please use caution around work areas and watch for city crews, equipment, barricades and changing traffic conditions. Officials apologize for the inconvenience and thank residents and motorists for their patience while the work is completed.
