Funeral service for Margaret L Pridmore. Shelton, 87, of Hanceville will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 26th, 2026, at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Fairview West Cemetery, Bro. Kenneth Shelton and Bro. Mark Long officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12-2 p.m. on Tuesday.

Mrs. Shelton passed from this life peacefully on Saturday, May 23rd, 2026, at her residence. She was born December 4, 1938, to Amos J. and Lydia Ann Pridmore. Margaret was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church. She loved gospel singing and was a good singer for the Lord.
She was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters; two brothers and a daughter-in-law.
She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Rev. Gene Shelton; children, Brenda Pridmore, Thomas and Susie Pridmore, Dennis Pridmore, Michael Pridmore; four grandchildren, one great-grandchild, nieces, nephews and family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Matthew Pridmore, Thomas Pridmore, Jr., Michael Long, Caleb Long, Colin Long, Kenny Shelton, honorary pallbearer, Don Rogers.
