City of Cullman Zoning Board to revisit Brock Trace at next meeting

CULLMAN, Ala. – The City of Cullman Zoning Board of Adjustments met Tuesday, May 19, at Technology Village at 105 Clark St. NE. The meeting was called to order by Zach Lee at 5:30 p.m. 

The board approved minutes of the prior meeting from Tuesday, April 21, 2026.  

The commissioners said the Brock Trace Subdivision agenda item was withdrawn.  

The lot is located near the intersection of County Road 1464 and County Road 1466 next to Cullman Regional Medical Center. It is aiming to bring 30 townhomes and 120 single-family homes. 

The variance request will be addressed at the Board’s next meeting on Tuesday, June 16, at 5:30 p.m. in the Cullman City Hall auditorium.
