CULLMAN, Ala. – An upcoming gallery event in Cullman will showcase artwork created by children in Africa while raising support for programs that provide education and resources to communities overseas.

The Gallery of Hope, hosted by the ONE30 Network, is scheduled for Thursday, March 19, at 6:30 p.m. at Cotton Creek Warehouse, located at 417 Third Ave. SW in Cullman.

The event will feature artwork created by children involved in programs supported by ONE30, a nonprofit organization that works with communities in Uganda through initiatives focused on education, support services and opportunities for youth.

Organizers stated the gallery-style event will give attendees the opportunity to view and purchase artwork created by children participating in the organization’s programs.

Proceeds from the event help support education and community initiatives connected to those efforts.

The evening is designed to highlight both the creativity of the children and the broader mission of the organization while giving members of the Cullman community an opportunity to learn more about the work being done through the nonprofit.

Community members attending the event will be able to view the artwork, learn more about the programs supported by ONE30 and participate in the effort to help expand opportunities for children served through the organization.
