CULLMAN, Ala. – Jubilee Kitchen + Bar hosted its weekly flight night on Tuesday, Jan. 27, offering a flavorful variety of curated drink flights.
Jubilee hosts flight nights every Tuesday, featuring rotating selections of wine, margaritas, mimosas, gin, bourbon and beer. Guests may choose red, white or mixed wine flights, seasonal margarita flavors or themed spirit flights designed around specific styles or regions.
“We try to keep them fun and interactive,” Owner Katie Fine said. “Some flights are themed, like a classic Kentucky bourbon flight or different botanical gins, and others let customers mix and match flavors themselves.”
Fine said margarita and mimosa flights are among the most popular, encouraging guests to experiment with flavors and share tastings with friends. “The best way to enjoy them is to come with a group. You can taste a little bit of everyone’s flight and make it more of an experience.” Flight nights are designed to encourage repeat visits, with guests able to try new combinations each week.
