CULLMAN, Ala. – The 39th annual HO! HO! HO! Christmas Show will have an array of classic cars, trucks, motorcycles and all things in between on Saturday, Nov. 8, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
Event organizer Sonya Green said last year’s event raised around $10,000 for local nonprofit Cullman Caring for Kids.
”The show was started by Larry Harris and Burl Smith more than 30 years ago, and it is now hosted each year in their memory,” Green said. “We’ve had good years and bad years, but we continue to raise generally between $5,000 up $10,000.“
Green said all proceeds go directly to Cullman Caring for Kids, a child abuse prevention and advocacy organization best known for its very busy food pantry in downtown Cullman.
To enter the show, participants can pay $20 or donate a toy valued at $20. Awards will be presented.
“We use no money collected to pay for any supplies or trophies,” Green said. “We will gladly accept donations from the general public and businesses. We also raise money through entries into the show, as well as host a silent auction the day of the show.”
The show will take place at Cullman Caring for Kids, 402 Arnold St. NE, #W-1 in Cullman. For more information, visit www.Facebook.com/hohohochristmasshow.
