Not-So-Scary Stories in the Park

Bring a blanket for gentle Halloween tales, character visits and small prizes. Presented by the Cullman Community Theatre with support from Cullman Parks, Recreation & Sports Tourism. In case of rain, it moves to the Festhalle.
Trick or Treat with the Chamber

Spooktacular Storybook 5K & Fun Run

A family friendly morning of costumes, running and community fun benefiting the Cullman County Public Library System. Dress as your favorite storybook character, enjoy the 5K and Fun Run, then stick around for the post-race costume contest with prizes for the best literary looks.

OFF-ROAD Candy Crawl (Jeep Trunk or Treat)

Cost: Free
A Jeep-themed trunk or treat hosted by Goat Island Brewing and local Jeep clubs. Families can stroll the lot, snag candy and enjoy a low-key afternoon.
WildWater Trunk or Treat
Tuesday, Oct. 28, 5-7 p.m.
WildWater Cullman, 1707 Main Ave. SW
Cost: Free
A family evening with candy, costumes and contests. Trunk or treating begins at 5, with judging at 5:15, a kids’ costume contest at 6 and winners announced at 6:30 before candy wraps up at 7.
Families can enter the Best Decorated Trunk contest for $10, with two 2026 WildWater season passes awarded to the winner. Kids aged 5–13 can join the free costume contest for a chance to win two 2026 daily tickets.

Cullman Police Department Trunk or Treat

Children can trick-or-treat among patrol cars, fire apparatuses and decorated trunks in a well-lit, secure setting hosted by the CPD with support from Cullman Fire Rescue.
Cullman Housing Authority Fall Fun Fest and Trunk or Treat

Official Cullman Housing Authority family event with candy and activities for residents and guests. Cullman Housing Authority confirmed this as its sanctioned event and clarified that unrelated posts circulating online were not official.
The Link Nonprofit Trunk or Treat (with First United Methodist Church)

Nonprofits will host trunks with candy, games and community info at the new venue this year, the First United Methodist Church parking lot, convenient to downtown eateries for a bite after.
