CULLMAN, Ala. – A Blountsville woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 1:14 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 4, in Cullman County. Alabama State Troopers identified the victim as Tonya M. Beasinger, 52.
Troopers said Beasinger was fatally injured when the 2026 Toyota Corolla she was driving left the roadway, struck a ditch and a tree and then caught fire. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Alabama Highway 67 near the 6 mile marker, approximately 3 miles southeast of Baileyton, in Cullman County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
