CULLMAN, Ala. – Meet Minnie, a German Shepherd who is approximately 4 months old. This medium-energy girl with a cheery spirit and a shy, tender heart is The Cullman Tribune Pet of the Week.
This precious pup loves the pool, especially when she is chasing her ball. She also enjoys a good romp in the large yard, but she never gets too far ahead. Minnie likes to look back often, making sure her person is still close by.
In her kennel, Minnie is ever so quiet. She is gentle, observant and waiting for the right person to help her confidence shine. Minnie is a true diamond in the rough. With encouragement, patience and love, she has everything she needs to grow into a loyal and devoted companion.
The shelter said there was never a more perfect choice for a therapy or companion dog.
Minnie’s adoption fee is $130, which includes a general exam at the vet, vaccines, dewormer, rabies vaccine and spay.
Visit the Cullman County Animal Shelter at 935 Convent Road NE. It’s open Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Contact the Cullman County Animal Shelter at 256-734-5448 or cullmananimalshelter@co.cullman.al.us.
