FAIRVIEW, Ala. – Tulum Mexican Grill opened Monday, May 11, in Fairview, welcoming the community to a newly renovated restaurant and flavor-filled menu.
Owner Corlina Peralta said she is most excited about seeing people coming together and enjoying a good meal.
“I hope everyone enjoys the changes we have made and the effort and flavor we have put into the menu,” Peralta said. “This has been a long time coming after having a rough start to this process. But I believe this was all in God’s timing and the perfect time to open.”
Peralta said the new restaurant’s menu features tons of classic Mexican grill options, along with some Tulum originals and a “Little Aggies” menu.
“One of my favorite things I recently tried was Diego’s Spaghetti – this is a really good creative dish,” she said. “Honestly, it’s hard to pick just one thing. We have many incredible options.”
The first person to be seated on opening day Monday was Nick Henderson of Cullman.
“I am a friend of the family and also excited to see the menu and dine today,” he said. “I am really just proud of Corlina and all the work they have put into this. I am very happy for her.”
