Funeral Service for Mr. Dudley Carl Thompson, age 68 of Eva, will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 25, 2025, at Gum Pond Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Josh Mason and Elder Heath Williams officiating; burial at Bethel United Methodist Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at Gum Pond Primitive Baptist Church. He will lie in state Friday, 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. at Gum Pond Primitive Baptist Church.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Thompson passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at the Folsom Center. He was born, September 23, 1956, to Lindon Thompson and Eunice Thompson.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Gayland Thompson.
Survivors include his sister, Wanda (James) Thompson; brothers, Jerry (Deanna) Thompson and David (Amy) Thompson and a host of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
