Funeral Service for Gay Nell Wilhite, age 89 of Vinemont, will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Glenn MillerRonnie Johnson officiating; burial at Cullman City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. on Monday, April 6, 2026 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Mrs. Wilhite passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2026 at Cullman Regional. She was born, April 6 1936, to Claude Quarles and Evie Quarles. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Athel Wilhite, 2 brothers and 4 sisters.
Survivors include her son, Thomas Wilhite, daughter , Joyce (Mark Hess) Liles; grandchildren, Wesley Liles, Riley Liles, Evie (Riley) Van Wyk, and Kristen Liles; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
