CCSO weekend arrest roundup

CULLMAN, Ala. – The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) made multiple arrests over the weekend, including:  

Thursday, Nov. 3 

CCSO deputies went to a residence in the Gold Ridge community to serve warrant on Courtney Leigh Walker, 48, Cullman.  

Walker was located and arrested. A subsequent search of her person allegedly yielded narcotics and paraphernalia.  

At the same residence, deputies located Ryan Dale Panter, 36, of Eva. He, too, had warrants and was placed under arrest. 

A subsequent search of his person also allegedly yielded narcotics and paraphernalia.    

Walker was charged with four counts of unlawful possession of dangerous drugs (failure to appear), unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (failure to appear), illegal possession of prescription drugs (failure to appear), unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Panter was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (failure to appear), unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies arrested Rebecca Lynn Tanner, 54, of Cullman, on failure to appear warrants for unlawful possession of methamphetamine (four counts), unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana.   

Friday, Nov. 4 

Deputies responded to a report of domestic violence. Upon arrival, they encountered the reported offender, Kelly Dill, 43, of Bremen.  

Narcotics and paraphernalia were allegedly located on his person.  

Dill was arrested and charged with domestic violence, second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of dangerous drugs.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Good Hope community.  

Jason Boyd Marti, 50, of Cullman, was identified as the driver.  

A subsequent search of Marti’s person allegedly yielded various narcotics and paraphernalia.  

Marti was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and Illegal possession of prescription drugs. 

Saturday, Nov. 5 

Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Logan area.  

Dale Jackson Aragon, 25, of Cullman, was identified as the driver.  

A subsequent search of his person and the vehicle allegedly yielded narcotics and paraphernalia.  

Aragon was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
