CULLMAN, Ala. — A Blountsville man is back in custody at the Cullman County Detention Center after failing to comply with a court order.
Adam Nicholas Ryan Baldwin, 35, was granted temporary release for a family funeral after Baldwin’s attorney petitioned the court on April 29.
Baldwin was granted the release.
He was allowed to leave on Sunday, May 1 at 8 a.m. and was ordered to return by 6 p.m. on the same date.
Baldwin did not return by the court ordered time.
As a result, Baldwin was charged with Escape.
On May 2, Morgan County Sheriff’s Office located and detained Baldwin.
He was transported back to the Cullman County Detention Center where he remains incarcerated with no bond.
