Memorial service for Gail Rains Thompson, age 85, of Vinemont will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 12, 2021, at Faith Baptist Church with Bobby Stancil officiating.
Mrs. Thompson went home to Jesus on Tuesday morning, December 7, 2021. She was born February 15, 1936.
She was known around Cullman to sing, dance, play the piano and entertain at Cullman senior centers. Gail enjoyed participating in the Red Hats and the Rap and Tap Hillbilly Kitchen Band.
Preceding her in death was husband: Cranford Thompson; daughter: Robin Bagwell Turner; parents: Luther and Marie Rains and sisters: Janice Seales Pierce and Linda Stancil.
Survivors include son: Tracy (Meredith) Thompson; grandchildren: Drew (Shannon) Bagwell, Brooke Bagwell and Madison Thompson; sister: Myra Carter and special friend: Lloyd Goodwin.
