Tommy M. “Buddy” Estes, 82, of Arley entered into rest Sunday, Dec. 27, 2020 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.
Mr. Estes was born July 8, 1938 in Walker County, Alabama. Buddy graduated in the Class of 1956 of Curry High School and was a proud member of the Winston County Republican Party. He loved to play golf and loved his golfing buddies.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Buddy is survived by his wife Bonnie Neal Estes; brother Jack Estes and his wife, Joyce; sisters Emma Lee Brown and Sarah Umphrey; and a host of other family members and close friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Cranford and Pearl Lane Estes; brothers George Estes, James Estes, Richard Estes, Homer Estes, Benjamin Estes, and Bobby Estes; and sisters Adele Lay, Mary Miller, Dorothy Atkins, and Maxine Gammon.
