Funeral services for Carol Sue McPherson, 81, of Hanceville, Alabama will be Thursday, Nov. 12, 2020 at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Danny Harris will be officiating. Burial will follow at Copeland Cemetery in Blount County, Alabama. The family of Mrs. McPherson will accept friends for a visitation beginning at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11 at Hanceville Funeral Home.
Carol is survived by her husband Marvin McPherson; sons Ronald Dale Cole and Hubert William Cole; step-daughter Amy Cole; granddaughter Naomi Cole; grandsons Travis Cole, Zachery Cole, and Ryan Campbell; great-grandsons Liam Alexander Cole and Nolan Robert Cole; brother Bedford Dunn; sisters Ruthie (Charles) Price, Annie Mae Terry, Patricia (Glenn) Williams, and Rebecca Dunn; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Clarence William and Alta Ozella (Hitt) Dunn, Mrs. McPherson is also preceded in death by her sisters Mary Lou Nichols, Catherine Dunn, and Ozella Dunn; and brother Boe William Dunn.
