Funeral services for Lance Anthony Golden, 41, of Baileyton will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2020 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Brooklyn Cemetery, Rev. Millard Guffey and Rev. Steve Rodgers officiating. Visitation will be from noon-2 p.m. Wednesday.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Lance passed away Sunday, Nov. 8, 2020 at Shepherd’s Cove Hospice in Albertville. He was born Aug. 15, 1979 to James and Brenda Golden.
He was a special needs child and was very special to his family. He was loved by many and certainly brought joy to a lot of people’s lives. He loved puzzles and loved riding in his daddy’s truck.
Special thanks to Shepherd’s Cove staff and volunteers in Albertville. We also want to thank Cara and Keith Guffey, Annette Kilgo, Sandra Wright, and Laverne Knight for their support during our time at Shepherd’s Cove.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Morgan and Leedie Golden and Milburn and Boots Maynard.
Survivors include his parents; his sister Alisha Golden; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Pallbearers will be Keith Guffey, Terry Maynard, Landon Tweedie, Eric Segars, Morgan Guffey, Mark Morrow, and honorary pallbearer Phillip Kilgo.
