Coral Carlene Grimes, 80, of Double Springs, entered into rest Sunday, Oct. 13, 2019.
Mrs. Grimes was born Oct. 5, 1939.
Visitation will be held Thursday, Oct. 17, 2019 from noon-2 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, where services will be held at 2pm. Brother Tom Lewis and Brother Steve Wakefield officiating, with burial in Concord Baptist Church Cemetery.
Coral is survived by her sons, Steve Grimes and James (Kathy) Grimes; daughter, Crystal (Glenn) Bonner; brother, Garry D. (Becky) Ragan; sisters, Eldonna (Otis) McBroom and Shelly (Rick) Price; 11 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Esther Ragan; husband, Robert Cleve Grimes; son, Robert Christopher Grimes and sister, Judy Rogers.
