Notes from May 24 special-called city school board meeting; lunch prices going up, personnel changes

CULLMAN – The Cullman City School Board held a special-called meeting early Thursday morning. The top item on the agenda was an increase in school lunch prices, followed by several personnel changes.

Lunch prices for the 2018-2019 school year at East Elementary, West Elementary and Cullman City Primary School will increase from $2.25 to $2.50; and Cullman Middle School and Cullman High School prices will increase from $2.50 to $2.75. There will be no change to adult, employee, visitor or breakfast prices.
