VINEMONT –  Members of the Cullman Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) on Tuesday arrested Jonathan Craig Wilson, 39, of Vinemont, Randy Eugene James, 41, of Cullman and Justina Briann Guthery, 24, of Hanceville after executing a warrant at Wilson’s residence.

When agents arrived at the home, they found Wilson, as well as two other suspects, James and Guthery. A search of the residence revealed that Wilson was hiding 16 grams of methamphetamine and 40 Suboxone strips inside a black pouch. Officers also seized eight syringes and other drug paraphernalia.

Wilson was charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia. He also had a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.

James was charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Guthery was charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

“I’m glad we were able to arrest these three suspects and seize this meth and narcotics before it was sold and made it into our community,” said Cullman County Sheriff Matt Gentry. “I would like to thank CNET for their good work on this case.”

Wilson, James and Guthery are being held in the Cullman County Detention Center without bond.
