Funeral service for Mary Ann Brown, 76, will be at 2 p.m., Sunday, November 1st, 2026, at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Pastor Jamie McMinn officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday at the funeral home from 12-2 p.m.

Mrs. Brown passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at her residence. She was born July 4, 1950 to Ellie J. & Velma Katherine Smith Todd. Mary was an avid reader, loved doing puzzles, had a special love for her grandkids and great-grandkids and she absolutely loved her little dog, Cletus.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Roy Brown, Sr. , and a sister, Sue.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Mary Lynn (Thomas) Allen, Linda Gail (Stanley S.) Howse, Roy J. (Charlotte) Brown, Jr., Christy (Joseph) Simpson; ten grandkids, Brady Johnson, Benton C. Howse, SeAnna Simpson, Trinda Smith, Ethan Simpson, Jacob Simpson, Kaleb Brown, Joshua Malin, Macijo Simpson, Boone Howse; five great-grandchildren; family and friends.
