Funeral Service for William Douglas Glasscock, age 72 of Cullman, will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2026, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Butch Sharpton officiating; burial at Duck River Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2026, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Mr. Glasscock passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2026, at his residence. He was born, June 10, 1954, to Rev. William Lee Glasscock and Bertha Beatrice (Bea) Bradberry Glasscock.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Melanie Rae Manning; his parents; brothers-in-law, Kenneth Kent and Tom Gilley and his beloved Collie & companion, Cargo.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Glasscock, his children, Maria Powe (Michael) and Shea Kubik (Louis); grandchildren, Mason, Max & Madeline Powe, Kenneth Kubik and Alex Jones; sisters, Mary Kent, Betty Howell (Regan), Connie Gardner (Daymon) and Robin Sandlin (Stanley); his Collie Puppy, Shadow and a host of nieces and nephews.
