Billy is preceded in death by his loving wife, Geraline Woody; son, Michael Woody; brother Larry Woody; sister Mildred Posey (Elton); father Henry Grady Woody and mother Noler Woody.
Billy is survived by his loving son, Jerry Woody; daughter-in-law, Penny Woody; brother, Junior Woody and in-laws: Wanda Woody, Shirlene Abbott, James Abbott and Norman Howlett.
