Funeral Service for Waylon Kai Leathers, of Somerville, will be at 11 a.m. on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home; burial at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Waylon Kai passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at his residence. He was born March 21, 2024, to Dylan Leathers and Raven Alexandria Picard.
He was preceded in death by his great great grandmother, Angie Champion great grandparents, Bernice Cooper, Larry Leathers, Alex Picard and Mark & Kathy Teichmiller.
Survivors include his parents; grandparents, Jennifer & Tooie James, Richie & Breanna Leathers, Robert Picard; great grandparents, Jerry Cooper, Nancy Leathers, Roxanne Picard; aunt & uncles, Brody (Kaelyn) Leathers, Shawnee (Steven) Picard, Cheyenne Picard, Kristin (Drew) Yahn and Katelin Yahn along with a host of great uncles & aunts, cousins & family friends who loved him.
