CULLMAN, Ala. – A Bremen man was killed in a single-vehicle crash Sunday. Alabama State Troopers identified the victim as William L. Rhodes, 56.
Troopers said the crash occurred at approximately 5:35 p.m. They said Rhodes was fatally injured when the 2013 Ford F-150 he was driving left the roadway and struck a tree. According to Troopers, he was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was ejected and pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on County Road 54 near Bug Tussle Road, approximately 4 miles northeast of Bremen, in Cullman County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
