Avnell H. Nail age 95 of Cullman, Alabama passed away on Friday October 24,2025 at Woodland Village rehabilitation and Healthcare.
Avnell was Born on May 28,1930 in Cullman. Mrs. Nail is survived by her Grand-children; Adrienne (Jody) Mackentepe ,Blake (Lori) Whitton, Matthew (Elizabeth) Whitton, Leslie (Ken) Buckhalt and her Great grand-children Gavin, Case Mackentepe ; Houston, Luke; and Reagan Whitton; McCool Whitton, Parker Whitton; Abbie Buckhalt ;and a daughter-in-law Annette Whitton, Niece; Cindy Davis. Mrs. Nail was preceded in death by her husband Roger Whitton; Parents: Rev. John Henderson and Era Holloway Bailey, Son, Byron Whitton; Nephew, David Davis; sister and brother-in-law Lucille (Leddell) Davis.
The family will receive friends for a visitation at Moss Service Funeral Home on Tuesday October 28, 2025, from 11- 12:30 p.m. With service 12:30 p.m. -1 p.m. at Moss Service Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Jame McInnis will officiation the Service.
